Dinghuang Machinery GP Series Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher: Model Differences, Applicable Materials and Application Fields

Release time:

2025-07-08

I. Core Differences Between the GP Series and the GP-S Series 1. Differences in Application Scenarios - GP Series: Focuses on medium and fine crushing operations, suitable for processing scenarios with more refined output particle size requirements. - GP-S Series: Belongs to the coarse crushing type, suitable for processing larger raw materials, providing pre-processing for subsequent fine crushing stages.

I. Core Differences Between GP and GP-S Series

1. Application Scenario Differences

- GP Series: Focuses on medium and fine crushing operations, suitable for processing scenarios with more refined output size requirements.

- GP-S Series: A coarse crushing type, suitable for handling larger raw materials, providing pre-processing for subsequent fine crushing stages.

2. Comparison of Feed and Discharge Specifications

- GP-S Coarse Crusher: Maximum feed size up to 200-560mm, processing capacity of 115-1500t/h, coarser output size, suitable for secondary processing after primary crushing.

- GP Fine Crusher: Maximum feed size is 35-370mm, processing capacity is 45-2188t/h, through optimized cavity shape and eccentricity, the output size is smaller and the proportion of cubic particles is higher.

3. Cavity Shape and Eccentricity Design

The GP-S series achieves lamination crushing through a coarse crushing cavity and larger eccentricity, while the GP series uses a fine crushing cavity with adjustable eccentricity to adapt to the fine control of different particle sizes.

II. Main Processed Materials of Single-Cylinder Cone Crushers

1. Natural Ores and Rocks

- Applicable materials include granite, basalt, river pebbles, limestone, dolomite, etc., with hardness ranging from medium to high (compressive strength ≤250MPa).

- Especially good at handling high-hardness, high-abrasion minerals (such as iron ore, non-ferrous metal ores).

2. Industrial Waste and Recycled Resources

- Can crush steel slag, metallurgical waste, construction waste, etc., supporting resource utilization and reducing environmental pollution.

3. Special Hard Materials

Through optimized liner materials and hydraulic protection systems, it can stably handle refractory materials, silicate ores, and other complex materials.

III. Typical Application Fields of Output Materials

1. Sand and Gravel Aggregate Production

- The crushed materials have uniform particle size and excellent particle shape (low needle and flake content), and can be directly used for concrete aggregates and asphalt mixtures, meeting the high standards of hydropower projects and the construction industry.

2. Infrastructure Projects

- Highway/Railway Subgrade: Finely crushed stones are used as subgrade fill to enhance subgrade stability.

- Bridge and Tunnel Engineering: Medium-crushed materials are used in the production of prefabricated concrete components.

3. Metallurgy and Building Materials Industry

- Used as steelmaking flux or cement raw materials, meeting the particle size requirements of metallurgical charge and cement clinker production.

4. Environmental Recycling Projects

- Recycled aggregates from crushed construction waste can be used in permeable pavements and slope protection projects, promoting the development of a circular economy.

IV. Technological Advantages and Project Adaptability

Dinghao Machinery's GP series, through an automated control system (real-time monitoring of oil temperature, pressure, discharge port, etc.) and positive pressure dust removal design, significantly reduces maintenance costs and adapts to mobile or fixed production lines. Its modular structure supports quick installation, especially suitable for large-scale production scenarios such as mines and sand and gravel plants.
