Comprehensive Analysis of the Sand Making Production Line Workflow
With the booming development of infrastructure such as construction and roads, the demand for sand and gravel aggregates is increasing day by day, making the importance of the sand making production line more prominent. - Specific Workflow of the Sand Making Production Line
1. Raw Material Storage: Large stones are first transported to the warehouse for storage. This is the starting point of the entire sand making process. The warehouse ensures continuous production and prevents interruptions caused by insufficient raw material supply.
2. Feeding Stage: The feeder acts as the "quartermaster" in the sand making production line, evenly feeding large stones from the warehouse into subsequent crushing equipment. Among them, the vibrating feeder is commonly used; it can withstand the impact of large material drops, has a large feeding capacity, and can evenly, regularly, and continuously feed block and granular materials from the storage bin to the receiving device, preventing the receiving device from jamming due to uneven feeding and extending equipment life. Additionally, other types of feeding equipment are available to meet different production needs.
3. Primary Coarse Crushing: After uniform feeding by the feeder, the stones enter the jaw crusher for primary coarse crushing. The jaw crusher is the main force in the coarse crushing stage, characterized by a large crushing ratio and high efficiency, capable of initially breaking large stones into smaller pieces, preparing for subsequent medium and fine crushing processes.
4. Secondary Medium and Fine Crushing: The coarsely crushed stones are conveyed by a belt conveyor into a cone crusher for secondary medium and fine crushing. The cone crusher is more suitable for processing materials with higher hardness, featuring strong crushing force, high efficiency, and low energy consumption. The cone crusher can be selected based on the nature of the raw materials and production requirements to further crush the stones into smaller particles.
5. Tertiary Sand Making and Screening: The medium and fine crushed materials are transported to a vertical shaft impact sand making machine for tertiary sand making. The vertical shaft impact sand making machine uses a high-speed rotating impeller to throw materials, causing collisions and friction with surrounding materials or liners, thereby further crushing and shaping the materials to produce machine-made sand that meets particle size requirements. Subsequently, the machine-made sand enters a circular vibrating screen for screening. The circular vibrating screen separates machine-made sand of different particle sizes. Materials that do not meet particle size requirements are returned to the sand making machine for reprocessing, forming a closed-loop cycle to ensure uniformity and consistency of product particle size.
6. Sand Washing Stage: If the screened machine-made sand has strict requirements for powder content, it needs to be cleaned and purified by a sand washing machine. The sand washing machine removes dirt, dust, and other impurities from the surface of the machine-made sand, improving its quality and purity, making the various indicators of the machine-made sand more compliant with construction sand standards.
7. Conveying Finished Products: The machine-made sand treated by washing is conveyed by a conveyor to the finished product stockpile, awaiting subsequent use or sale. The conveyor's role is to efficiently and stably transport the machine-made sand to the designated location, ensuring the smooth progress of the production process.

1. Feeding System: The core task of the feeding system is to supply raw materials to each stage of crushing equipment and screening machines, ensuring stable raw material supply throughout the production line. Besides the common vibrating feeder, other types of feeding equipment such as plate feeders and belt feeders can be selected according to different production conditions to meet various feeding requirements.
2. Sand Making System: The crushing and sand making system is the key part of the entire equipment set, acting like the "heart" of the production line. It is responsible for crushing various ore raw materials into finished products of the required particle size. A production line usually consists of multiple crushers and sand making machines, each with different mechanical properties. They cooperate to complete the crushing and sand making of stones. Different types of crushers and sand making machines differ in crushing principles, applicable materials, production capacity, etc., so reasonable configuration is needed based on raw material properties, production scale, and product requirements to achieve the best production effect.
