The CS series jaw crusher is a new type of jaw crusher designed and manufactured by our company based on the introduction of international leading jaw crusher technology and decades of accumulated jaw crusher design concepts and technologies. This jaw crusher can also adopt a modular, weld-free, split-frame structure according to customer needs, thereby meeting different operating conditions.
Product Features
1. Robust Structure
The frame is available in two types: welded and assembled. Small and medium-sized specifications generally use welded frames, while large specifications generally use assembled frames. The welded type adopts large-radius transition fillets and low-stress zone welding methods, greatly reducing stress concentration and ensuring uniform strength of the frame in all directions. It features impact resistance, even stress distribution, and a low failure rate. The assembled type adopts an advanced modular, weld-free frame structure design, with high fatigue strength and reliability. The assembled design makes transportation and installation more convenient, especially suitable for installation in narrow and difficult-to-transport locations such as underground mines and high-altitude mines.
2. Superior Cavity Design
It adopts a "V"-shaped symmetrical crushing cavity design, making the actual feed opening width consistent with the nominal feed opening width. With a deep crushing cavity, small nip angle, and large stroke, it offers greater processing capacity, lower energy consumption, and good crushing performance.
3. Durable Heavy-duty Moving Jaw Assembly
The heavy-duty moving jaw assembly uses a forged heavy-duty eccentric shaft, high-quality heavy-duty roller bearings, and a moving jaw body optimized by FEM analysis, ensuring high impact resistance and stability. The labyrinth seal and centralized lubrication system prevent contamination of the bearing grease, making lubrication more convenient and resulting in longer operation time and better stability.
4. Moving Jaw Guard Plate Design
A heavy-duty guard plate is installed above the moving jaw to effectively protect the moving jaw body and its internal bearings from damage caused by material impact.
5. Convenient and Quick Particle Size Adjustment
The CS series jaw crusher adopts a mechanical or hydraulic discharge port adjustment device. The double wedge block adjustment method simplifies operation compared to the corresponding shim adjustment, making it safer, quicker, and saving downtime.
6. “Large-size Bearing” Design
The “large-size bearing” design enhances load capacity, extends service life, and ensures safer and more reliable operation.
7. Spring or Hydraulic Cylinder
The moving jaw tightening device adopts a hydraulic or spring screw structure. The spring screw structure utilizes an advanced friction-reducing device, making adjustment easy and quick.
8. Integral Bearing Housing
The integral cast steel bearing housing structure ensures perfect matching with the frame, avoiding unnecessary radial loads on the bearings during the tightening process of a combined bearing housing, resulting in smoother bearing operation.
9. Integrated Motor Installation
The integrated mounting of the motor base and crusher frame not only saves installation space for the jaw crusher and reduces the length of the V-belt but also, due to the synchronous movement of the frame, motor base, and motor, and the adjustable motor base, achieves adjustment of V-belt tension, thereby extending the service life of the V-belt.
10. Shock Absorption Mounting Design
The crusher is fixed using a special rubber shock absorber, effectively absorbing equipment vibration peaks and allowing for vertical and longitudinal displacement of the crusher, thereby reducing impact on the foundation.
