Working Principle

       The crushing process is completed between the fixed cone and the rotating moving cone. The horizontal shaft of the crusher is driven by a motor through a V-belt and pulley. The horizontal shaft then drives the eccentric bushing through small and large gears, which in turn drives the main shaft and the moving cone to rotate, thus generating the eccentricity. The stone material enters the crusher through the feed port at the top of the crusher, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the crusher.

       The machine has a simple structure and is easy to operate and maintain, especially the replacement of liner plates is extremely quick, it only takes 3 hours to complete, thereby reducing downtime and greatly improving production efficiency.
6. Optimized structural design, strong production capacity
       It adopts a double support structure, which plays a role in stabilizing the main shaft. The product speed is faster than other similar products. The top bearing structure increases the friction between the moving cone and the stone and the fixed cone and the stone when the moving cone rotates, so that the stone itself can be crushed by friction during the rotation, reducing unit energy consumption.
