Working Principle

The crushing process is completed between the fixed cone and the revolving motion of the moving cone. The horizontal shaft of the crusher is driven by a motor through a V-belt and pulley. The horizontal shaft then drives an eccentric bushing through small and large gears, and in turn drives the main shaft and the moving cone for a revolving motion, thus generating an eccentric distance. The stone material enters the crusher through the feeding port at the top of the crusher, and the crushed material is discharged from the discharge port at the bottom of the crusher.

Simply rotating the eccentric shaft bushing can obtain different eccentricities to meet different crushing needs and optimize the product curve and productivity. The thin oil station can be customized with air cooling, water cooling, and air-conditioned cooling according to the customer's actual use, flexible and adaptable to different working conditions.

The overall structure is simple and easy to operate and maintain, especially the replacement of liners is extremely quick, taking only 3 hours, thereby reducing downtime and greatly improving production efficiency.
6. Optimized structural design, strong production capacity
Using a double-support structure, it plays a role in stabilizing the main shaft. The product speed is faster than other similar products. The top bearing structure increases the friction between the moving cone and the stone and the fixed cone and the stone when the moving cone rotates, so that the stone itself can be crushed by friction during rotation, reducing unit energy consumption.
