Working Principle

The feeder uses an inertial dual eccentric shaft vibrator to generate directional excitation force. A pair of gears with a transmission ratio of one connects the two shafts, ensuring they rotate in opposite directions at the same speed. Driven by an electric motor, the two eccentric shafts rotate. Because the eccentric masses and eccentric distances on both shafts are equal, the inertial forces cancel each other out in one direction and add up in the other, synthesizing a directional excitation force. This force causes the feeder trough, rigidly connected to the vibrator, to perform forced vibrations on the supporting springs. Under the action of the vibration force, the material slides and is thrown on the trough, moving forward to achieve the feeding purpose.
