Working Principle
The oil-thin maintenance-free circular vibrating screen mainly consists of a screen box, screen mesh, vibrating motor, cross coupling, exciter, base bracket, and vibration damping spring support assembly.
The oil-thin maintenance-free circular vibrating screen is a device supported by springs as elastic elements, with a block eccentric exciter as the vibration source. The rotation of the eccentric block generates excitation force, causing the screen box to perform circular reciprocating motion. When the vibrating motor starts, it drives rotation through the cross coupling, producing centrifugal inertial force that vibrates the screen mesh. Materials continuously perform near-circular bouncing and rolling on the inclined screen surface. Through repeated comparison with the screen holes, materials smaller than the hole size pass through the screen, while larger materials remain on the screen surface. During screening, smaller particles fall into the collector below, and larger particles are retained on the screen and eventually discharged. With continuous motor operation, the screen moves in an approximate circular trajectory, completing the screening process.
Advantages and Features
The frequency, amplitude, and angle of the vibrating screen are all adjustable to ensure higher screening efficiency.
All connections and side plate edges of the vibrating screen are connected with high-strength annular groove rivet bolts to the crossbeam and support base, ensuring uniform overall stress and high strength.
The side plates are made using whole-plate laser cutting technology without any form of welding, ensuring the overall strength and rigidity of the screen machine. Longitudinal and transverse ribs reinforce the screen body, guaranteeing durability. Multiple protections and a fully welded-free screen prevent cracking risks caused by traditional welding methods and avoid fatigue stress.
Vibration damping technology is used to avoid lateral shaking caused by resonance during startup and shutdown.
The vibration springs use composite rubber springs, providing stable vibration and low noise.
The frame adopts a fully assembled structure, making transportation and installation convenient (the frame can be customized according to requirements).
The vibrating screen uses an external block eccentric vibrator structure.
The screen surface inclination angle ranges from 15° to 22°, better adapting to specific site conditions. The exciter uses an eccentric shaft with thin oil lubrication, which is low-maintenance and durable in key wear-resistant parts. It employs high-strength bearings specialized for vibrating equipment with thin oil lubrication for longer life, ensuring reliable screening. The eccentric block and shaft technology break through traditional circular vibrating screen excitation forms, providing greater excitation force, strong processing capacity, and high screening efficiency. A high-strength protective system ensures safety and stability. Flexible drive protects the motor from impact; exciter and pulley guards enhance safety. The design is reasonable with large amplitude, high frequency, and large inclination structure, significantly improving processing capacity and screening efficiency.
The vibration source is stable with strong excitation force, using eccentric blocks to adjust amplitude. The vibration source is stable and powerful, easy to use and maintain. Optimized design ensures smooth operation. Finite element analysis technology is used for optimization calculations of the screen machine. The motor and exciter are connected by a cross coupling, which transmits torque without axial force, resulting in smoother operation.
