Product Overview
The TS series vibrating screen is a circular vibrating screen, also known as a rotary vibrating screen. It is a multi-layer, high-efficiency, new type of screening equipment, designed by our company specifically for screening stones in quarries. It uses a simplified eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The material screening line is long, with multiple screening specifications. It features complete specifications, novel structure, strong exciting force, stable operation, large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, and low vibration noise. The new design and fine manufacturing make this series of products durable and easy to install and maintain. TS series circular vibrating screens are widely used in the screening of dry materials in construction, transportation, energy, cement, and mining industries.
Working Principle
The motor drives the exciter eccentric block to rotate efficiently via a V-belt. The rotating eccentric block generates a large centrifugal force, causing the screen box to generate a circular motion with a certain amplitude. The material on the screen is subjected to an impulse transmitted by the screen box on the inclined screen surface, resulting in continuous throwing motion. During the process of the material encountering the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen holes pass through the screen, thus achieving grading.
Product Features
1. Uses a simplified eccentric shaft exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude, resulting in large processing capacity, high screening efficiency, and convenient use and maintenance.
2. Uses a Hook bolt riveting structure to eliminate stress points and improve the overall structural rigidity. The machine body structure is robust and equipped with wear-resistant protection.
3. Uses thin oil or grease lubrication for the mechanical structure. The rotating eccentric shaft has additional counterweights, and the exciter device is used to generate circular screening motion.
4. Uses thin oil lubrication with a fixed oil injection amount. Single oil injection eliminates the need for secondary injection, resulting in a long lubrication replacement cycle. It forms a circulating lubrication system, reducing temperature and extending service life.
5. Uses spring steel woven mesh or perforated screen plates and rubber vibration isolation springs, resulting in a long service life, low noise, and resistance to clogging. It operates smoothly outside the resonance zone.
